Special Service for Groups/Asian Pacific Islander Forward Movement (SSG/APIFM) proposes a community outreach and engagement project to inform the development of a community resilience center and/or community solar project accessible to the diverse residents of the City of Alhambra, especially those who are low-income, immigrant and limited English proficient (LEP), to mitigate the effects of extreme heat.
