					Project Summary:
For decades, Californians have been unsustainably pumping more water from aquifers than was replenished by nature. With help from the California Resilience Challenge, the South Fork Kings Groundwater Sustainability Agency is conducting a feasibility study on an aquifer storage and recovery project to improve water-supply resilience in the face of climate change. The study includes a landowner survey on water use, workshops with disadvantaged communities, and pilot testing of aquifer storage and recovery techniques.
