This project will demonstrate the untapped potential for distributed water efficiency, water reuse, and stormwater capture strategies to help increase the resilience of the Inland Empire Utility Agency (IEUA) service area to drought, flooding, and extreme heat; and will develop stakeholder engagement and local policy recommendations specifically to increase uptake of those strategies in under-served communities.
