Marin City Climate Resilience and Health Justice proposes developing an equitable, Community-Driven Climate Action Plan to build collaborative resilience for extreme heat events and flooding from sea level rise and in particular mitigating exacerbation of public health impacts and other issues that already exist in the community; expected focus areas for planning will be on services to protect the community from extreme heat and fires, and additional and upgraded drainage pipes to help current and future flood water escape from Marin City.
