Project Summary:
Wildfires have ravaged large portions of Sonoma County since 2017. With help from the California Resilience Challenge, the Greenbelt Alliance, in partnership with Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, is leading a community-driven wildfire resilience planning pilot to identify a priority greenbelt buffer for reducing wildfire risk for communities in the urban-wildland interface.
