Communities for a Better Environment (CBE) will organize residents in disadvantaged communities in Southeast LA and East Oakland who are seeking to plan microgrids that will serve community needs in the face of extreme weather, drought, and wildfire-related air pollution, generating plans for each community and a case study template that can be used for other disadvantaged communities to plan microgrids and/or resilient energy systems.
